RETREAT FACILITATORS

Jodie Milton (Practical Intimacy)

Focuses on relationship and intimacy coaching, offering the workshop "Being Who You Are with Others: Finding Self Through Interpersonal Dialogue," exploring authentic connection and self-discovery in relationships. She is Gottman Therapy certified and has been featured in major publications.

Anna (Vidaflo)

Specializes in breathwork and holistic wellbeing, providing two powerful breathwork sessions designed to reconnect you with your inner self. She also offers expertise in cold therapy, lymph massage, and psychotherapy.

Shelly Fruend

with her focus on somatic movement and yoga, offers a workshop on Somatics & Diaphragm Release, fostering physical and emotional release, as well as a kirtan session for heart-opening connection. Her background includes physio and yoga expertise, blending physical and spiritual practices.

Cate

An experienced yoga and Barre instructor and environmentalist, facilitates a divine Yin Yoga class promoting deep relaxation and inner balance.

Franki Jay,

The creator and event runner, is an NLP trainer, holistic healer, coach, yoga teacher, massage therapist, and sound healer. With her focus on holistic healing and connection, she offers a workshop on Connection, Confidence, & Calm, using NLP and holistic techniques. She also provides yoga sessions with massage and sound healing for deep relaxation, and will be lovingly guiding the welcome circle to create a warm and inviting start to your retreat journey.

Our beautiful retreat host and support, provides warmth, support, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the retreat, dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing experience.

FRIDAY:

2-4pm: Arrive, afternoon tea, and settle in.

4:15pm: Yoga with Franki

5:15pm: Welcome circle - intention setting,

Pranayama workshop, Guided journalling and meditation.

6:45pm: Dinner prep together

7:45pm Yin Yoga & Sound healing with Cate  and Franki

9:30pm Rest

SATURDAY :

7:15am: Yoga - gentle morning flow

8:00am: Breakfast

8:30am: Somatic movement with Shelly

10:00: Morning tea

10:30am: Workshop with Jodie - Being Who You Are with Others: Finding Self Through Interpersonal Dialogue
